市场方面,曹晶晶认为,当前新房市场调整压力仍在,但随着宏观政策继续协同发力、房地产政策不断落实,年中新房市场有望迎来边际改善。二手房市场短期预计在“以价换量”下,将维持一定活跃度,而当前多个城市开展“以旧换新”活动,有利于进一步打通新房和二手房交易链条,也有望对新房市场产生积极影响。
