Gelonghui May 16 丨 Emperor International (00163asianseagames2022.HK) announced that on May 16, 2024, the seller, Xinghe Enterprises Co., Ltd.(an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the buyer, Crown Pacific Limited, pursuant to which the seller has conditionally agreed to sell and the buyer has conditionally agreed to purchase the property at a total consideration of HK$100 million. "The property" refers to the 11th Floor, Safe Godown Industrial Building, 56 Ka Yip Street, Chai Wan, Hong Kongasianseagames2022Factory A and Factory B.
