In accordance with the terms and conditions agreed in the capital increase agreement, all parties confirmed that Kunlun Gongrong invested 285% in Changzhou Lithium Source through capital increasewsoptexasholdempoker,426,805.77 yuan, of which 42,858,091 yuan is included in the registered capital of Changzhou Lithium Source.

After the completion of this transaction, the registered capital of Changzhou Lithium Source will increase to 778,614,662 yuan. The company waived the right of first refusal for this capital increase. After this transaction, the company will continue to be the controlling shareholder of Changzhou Lithium Source and still have actual control over Changzhou Lithium Source. This transaction will help enhance Changzhou Lithium Source's comprehensive strength in project research and development, market expansion, product mass production, etc. in the lithium iron phosphate cathode material industry chain, and is in line with the company's medium and long-term development plans.
