Yum China (09987) issued an announcementcarcrashsimulatoronline, on May 23, 2024carcrashsimulatoronline, Zhang Ling and Huang Hui were appointed as joint company secretaries under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, replacing Liu Pingping and Tang Jingxian.

Ms. Deng no longer serves as third person in the Listing RulescarcrashsimulatoronlineAuthorized representatives of the company under Section.05 shall be effective on the effective date. Ms. Zhang has taken over from Ms. Deng as the authorized representative of the company, effective from the same day. The company further announced that Yuan Yiu-chung will no longer serve as the company's agent in accepting legal process and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from the effective date. Ms. Huang has taken over from Mr. Yuan as the company's legal process agent, effective from the same day.
