Securities Times e Company NewsbrowntroutAccording to Zhongwei, on May 23, the London Metal Exchange (referred to as "LME"), the world's largest non-ferrous metals trading center, issued an announcement that the "DX-zwdx" brand produced by Indonesia Zhongwei Dingxing New Energy Co., Ltd. was certified and registered by LME and officially became the LME nickel delivery brand, marking that pure nickel produced in Indonesia has obtained a "global pass". This is the first LME nickel delivery brand in Southeast Asia, enhancing the Indonesian nickel industry's global influence. Zhongwei Dingxing is a subsidiary of Zhongwei Co., Ltd. and RigQUEZA International PTE.browntrout.LTD Company was established as a joint venture to jointly commit to the deep processing of Indonesian laterite nickel ore. In September 2022, the company started the construction of an electrolytic nickel production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons at Zhongwei's Morowali Industrial Base in Indonesia. The project was completed and put into operation in June 2023, becoming the first Indonesian company to produce pure nickel.
